As a fully mobile production, The Pivot travels across the U.S. and occasionally Europe, bringing the podcast directly to guests’ homes, training camps, and private locations. The production demands are high: frequent travel, minimal setup time, and rapid delivery of full episodes, trailers, cold opens, and social cuts, often within 48 to 72 hours.
To meet this level of consistency and output, we developed a travel-ready production system. We hire vetted local crew in each city while deploying our core producer and director to maintain continuity and creative quality. Footage is offloaded and uploaded to our cloud servers in real time, allowing remote editors to begin work the same day. This hybrid model allows for flexibility, quality control, and a scalable content pipeline that can adapt to location and schedule changes without delay.
